I remember that you had talked to Eric a number of times and felt impressed by him. In retrospect, do you still feel the same way ? Obviously I have a different opinion now. The shareholders were not informed. I do not know what purpose the reverse did. He should have talked to some more knowledgable people on it. If it was done for the NASDAQ listing he blew it. Joe PTG&LI !!!
