Possible delay in fully reporting status??? Does anyone have information on a possible 60 day delay. I was told by my long term stockholder friend that the company's lawyers failed to file a form SA2 prior to filing a SA8. SEC has now required the SA2 form be file which will delay 60 days further?

I was told the SA8 is the form used to get to a fully reporting status and the form SA2 is the form to give up the nonreporting status?

My knowledge is limited on all these forms... - does anyone have knowledge of these requirements or information form the company?
