Bob, Thanks for the information. When I do my DD, I try to ask only questions that I think the company is able to answer. I also research information from press releases, transfer agents and any other source that I am able to find.

Since your reference was from 1934, I decided to call the SEC and see what their current position is on this issue. I called the SEC and spoke with Carmine.

For everyone's reference, you can give them your name and address, as I have, and be added to their mailing list to receive information pertaining to the Internet. John Starks is actually the SEC person who works with the Internet. His phone number is 202-942-4803.

I was told that if I call a company and get information, it would be VERY surprising if I were to receive any insider information. And he emphasized that it was very unlikely a company would do that.

He also said that by calling the company and posting that I had talked to the company and saying truthfully what I had found out, that should not be a problem.

Obviously, you would run into problems if you were to post false information (pro or con) to manipulate the price. That is what the SEC looks for.

He also gave me the impression that there are people that just "go after" other people on the Internet without justification.

He essentially said that a private investor calling the company is very unlikely to get any insider information. If they tell you something, it's most likely public information.
