No argument, .25 SUCKS big time. Given the current scenario, with no intentional support of the stock, I can't see the market in general adding support with both sets of financials being delinquent, the acquisition/JV being late and no news coming out from the company, after having promised regular updates. This is NOT an environment condusive to an upswing in share price.

I have a feeling we will get hit with another deluge of information, it HAS to be coming pretty soon and then we will have to evaluate the outcome. In the mean time, things are down far enough that I figure we may as well be along for the ride, at this point.
