I dont think you will need to worry about the 18 month capital gains period for two reasons.

1. The stock will likely not be trading again until the 18 months have passed.
2. You dont need to wait 18 months to record a negative capital gain (loss).


Just an off the cuff question: Do you really beleive that every single person who thinks RMIL is a scam is short the stock?
