Ga Bard,

Only worrying about the stock structure, trading and marketing
would be good if you are planning on dumping your stock after
the run up from the hype.

For HVAR to maintain any price increase the company will have
to make its projections. Meaning each store would have to show
a positive growth in revenue and not an increase in revenue due
to new store openings.

Just my opinion.
