Don, while we may agree on NVX we don't agree about TSC or Jessie Eisenger. If someone said the CEO of a company I like is waiting by the fax for a reply from the FDA I would not take this as a slam. Yes, he does refer to the Jan article, which you and I disagreed on its meaning back then. I think tsc is the best buy around. I will say that even if Eisenger writes a less than favorable article on XOMA. thestreet.com is a great buy at less than $70 per year. Eisenger is at the Montgomery conference. Who else let me know what was going on? I want to know what the shorts think and how they operate. BTW did you know that Jim Cramer once worked at Goldman and still thinks the world of them? I never worked there but did a lot of business with them on the institutional side and think they are a class act. Since Goldman likes NVX I think you might want to check out with care TSC and see if perhaps there is more to it than you think. These also are not evil people trying to manipulate the markets. They provide insights. This can be of great value to you or any investor.
