Matthew,

I certanly do not think Intel and Microsoft have any solid frienship ties, Ok, windows is the operators choice, that is helping sell computers, thus intel benefits, however if they (Intel) can do it alone then why not. Intel has controll not Microsoft and if this should happen Microsoft is DONE!!!! Where will Microsoft gravy come from? Certanly not pre-loads of NT, not on an Intel Box run by Net-Ware. And if anyone wants intel chips ala Dell, Gateway, HP, ETC..., well they will just have to pre-load somthing other than NT. Nice picture eh, Microsoft could get done to them what they have done to the whole computer industry for YEARS!!! If anyone out there can give this a shot it's Intel, what do they have to lose?

Scott
