If you look at all the volume of stock that has traded recently without the stock flying up it would lend support to NVMH's allegations of someone shorting the companies stock. No shorter in his right mind would short a company at 20 cents unless they have an another motive. The upside is minimal and the downside is huge. People holding these debentures would have that other reason to short the stock. By depressing the price they get a huge number of shares cheap to cover their short and them some.I expect a buy in to occur any day now because now the longs will demand the shares they have been buying and the shorts won't have them to deliver. You and all the other shareholders should demand delivery of your shares or at least tell your broker to put your shares in a segregated account so that the shorters will be forced to buy in causing a buying stampede.
