Simply that they are down quite a bit and the stock prices seem to rally much before the fundamental outlook turns for the better. Having said that I think the rally in the semi-equipments might be a bit premature. I am long PMCS, ALTR, RMBS currently. Amongst the equipment NVLS looks interesting.
