#1 - I'm still not sure about MY vote

#2 - At the bottom of this post you can select "SEC Filings'. ISLI filed a new one the other day 7/9 which describes the Mico Focus deal, dates, etc.

#3 - Today's trading was interesting for the following reasons:

A) ISLI volume was good (466.4K)

B) MIFGY returned to 39 before retreating some .. showing some inate strength

C) There were some relatively large late uptick trades...usually a good sign

D) ISLI made up some of the arbitrageur's differences today...unlike most other days

#4 - ISLI is within 2 weeks of the end of its 1st qtr which should be unusually good vs. other yrs. As well, according to ISLI's 7/9 SEC filing there WILL be costs associated with the MIFGY deal on ISLI's side...these are considered one-time costs and won't be included by analysts for their consensus comparisons...ISLI could use some of these 'write-offs' this qtr to make their #s even better that they will be. Reporting should be sometime 3rd wk of Aug.

#5 - Y2K and EURO are HOT, HOT issues currently and it should be a short matter of time till money managers realize ISLI deserves more value. Afterall Y2K and EURO are going to happen SOONER as each day passes.

#6 - We haven't seen an ASQ nor Y2K nor EURO contrat lately and with the impending problems escalating...we should see MANY, MORE signings soon.
