If you are correct - then this whole thing is one big random walk...technical analysis is a crock...the E-Wave boys are deluding themselves, cat entrails have no meaning.... Heck, rarebird put in two cents worth and had his/her tail feathers singed....You are correct about about wanting to be on the "right side". I too share this goal, but have learned over the years - that it pays to hedge (e.g., own some long bonds, have a little gold, play some of the momentum techs, etc.) Also, doesn't hurt to have a little green set aside for the "rainy day". Humbly, what do I know. Best, Don (p.s. the whale watching on the coast is great at this time of year)
