Now Jon I am not naysaying the stock merely pointing out facts. The news release had items I have been waiting on which is why I bought regardless of the float. 1.) one of only 92 appointments in the United States for an authorized retail outlet for DAVIDOFF cigars and accessories 2.) DAVIDOFF cigars arrived on July 8th and cigar aficionados have been buying at a very brisk pace Now I know DAVIDOFF cigars aret difficult to find 3.) The Havana Republic's newest Las Olas Riverfront location opened on June 30th (FINALLY) 4.) The Company's Shops at Sunset location is currently on target for construction to begin in early September, with a scheduled grand opening planned for Dec. 4th of this year. The finished project will be the Company's largest emporium to date and will feature a full bar. 5.) Negotiations are also underway with three additional projects similar to those at the Las Olas and Shops at Sunset locations. 6.) The Havana Republic also announced today the Company will be showcased on Ed Taxin's ''Financial Hour'' and Michael Jackson's ''Investing in America'' programs in the near future. (need to verify schedule on airing) 7.) The Havana Republic, Inc. is a fully reporting company with the SEC Now those are why I invested today plus all the other DD I have for last year. Now the potential and growth is there however, I am focused on the stock structure because of today's trading and I will remain focused till everyone knows what is going on. I do not have a problem with Ira but I do not talk to PR firms if I can avoid it. Now it is in the best interest of HVAR, Ira and shareholders to find out what the devil is going on with the trading. Again I have no problem with the DD, or the stock just the trading. GB
