The FDA can reject whenever they determine they have reason to. Alternatively, they can request additional info after a short time reviewing the filing. I bailed at 26 when the move failed to carry to 27, which was my initial target. It came close though and I'll take the 2 1/2 pts. Now I'm in the process rebuilding a short position. Stock looks to be heading down again in a big way.
