Jeffrey, you are right about the SI press release and we told them we didn't like it and they had to agree.

But today's press release is not comparable IMO. What Ed Egan told us was that he came back from China and told that the business over there was unbelievable. There is just so much business out there and that's why they put all their effort in closing this JV. The numbers for the first 3-5 years came out of a quick investigation and contracts pending. It would be very difficult for them to mention expected revenues for the 5 years after that. What companies make projections for longer than 5 years, even Disney doesn't do it.

But the JV means big business for EGNS. I am following this stock for 2 years now and we only accumulated more over this period and never sold a stock. And to be honest, some people expected EGNS to close the DG deal a year ago but now they have closed it and the selling has already started.

But they stated that China will give them business for a longer period then 3-5 years and that's why they mentioned they year 2020.

But remember that after their South Africa trip they will present EGNS again for the Regional Investments Bankers Association and then they expect some action from that side.

I believe bigger investors will take a stake in this company once presented to them in the near future. And a merger with another company or a take over is also a possibility IMO.

Rene.
