AAPL's price will shoot up if shorts decide to cover en masse. But I'd rather see the stock hold at these levels or make modest gains.

Then the shorts will feel comfortable enough to hang in further. I'd rather see a slow ratcheting up over the next six months and have the shorts forced cover north of $40.
