well now how do I do that??? the TA was to verify the CEO. SOP in doing the DD. I heard 3.5M then it went to 7.5M then the TA has 11M and the SEC filings state 10M ... seems to me there is not verification. Why do you think we are talking about it merely trying do the verification. GB
