According to the SEC filing...the numbers the TA gave, seem to be the amount of shares there would be, if these convertable shares were issued. The only problem is,, the stock price didn't hit the executable price in the last 3 months....so they couldn't of been issued. I am not about to jump to any conclusions, without looking into things more. I am going to investigate this, and will post all of my findings in the morning. Jon
