Congrats on your retirement and your success at trading. I hope we'll do some trades together some time. :-) Yes, I agree about people knowing in advance. Look how ZONA went from 20 to 25 before the filing occurred! It only went up another 1-3/4 approx after it was announced, moved so much in advance, and then went down from the 26-3/4 to 22-1/2 (4-1/4 intraday). Not what I'd call a strong response to the filing, but if our friends didn't know in advance and hadn't bought so much in advance, I wonder how it would have gone. Linda
