It has become clear to me that the only way that management can be confident about increasing the share price to over $1 is by these means:
1. Spin-off's or IPO's of their subsidiaries
2. Selling the newly issued 300,000,000 shares and a controlling interest in the company to an outside partner who would instantly achieve market position globally and would be able to subcontract the large volume of manufactuing needed.
3. Applying/Achieving FDA Approval "Not Holding My Breath"
4. Achieving CEMark & or FDA Approval to market the ThermoChem-HT which will have a huge impact also.

I think that all of these are going to be pursued very quickly for it will not be long that BICO has total market share in this area. They need to capitalize now.
