Anybody know of any clearing brokers that will let you invest in hedge funds and private stock placements in a self-directed IRA account? I am trying to move some IRA-SEP funds into a new hedge fund, and use some Roth IRA funds for a private stock placement. So far neither Bear Stearns nor US Clearing appear to allow these types of investments in IRA accounts. Dennis
