Anyone, based on this deal did we break even or did we take a loss? I thought they invested $20,000,000 in EIFH, hence $20M-$17.2M=$2.8M/20M shares=$.14 per share loss? Any help regarding the significance of this proposed deal would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Eric
