Most companies that I've heard of vest employee stock options over a
5 year period. Is that the case with Intel? If so, then I propose the
following indicators:

% Sold Rating
0 Strong buy
10 Buy
20 Hold
30 Weak sell
40-100 Strong sell

So, Barrett has given a "strong sell" (50%) signal and Grove has
indicated a "weak sell" (30%) in the absence of any urgent personal
need for cash. Does this proposal have any flaws?
