Thank God John you are still around to inspire us with your sharp analysis. I have no clue but I speculate aside from all the internal friction and pressure from the new board etc. Jeffery may have paid the price for the last proxy snafu. I don't think he would have simply resigned and I did find him a very friendly and straight forward individual which cared a great deal about our investment. If so then they lost a very good man who could have helped them a great deal going forward. I don't know the new CFO other than he does not appear to have a background in biotechnology and fda regulations. That alone will take up a lot of his energy because it is a very steep learning curve. well time will tell.... I think other board members I am ashamed to say I can't recall their names just now.. towle and ....the acting chairman etc.. did a hell of a job for us shareholders holding off the onslaught unleashed by Katz and they are also very honorable people which paid the price....as well. regards luis
