It sounds like they will still have 1 mill shares of EIFH after the deal, so even with the present price of around $4/share, it sounds like the USIS stock would need to be under $2.80 for Eco to show a loss. Selling their interest at levels above that should result in earnings. Its also not clear to me that they loaned EIFH/USIS the entire $20 mill - I thought it was closer to $19 mill and change.

Sounds like it will add $5 mill to cash flow this quarter - with the rest added to cash flow in the first quarter 99.
