Thank You Freddie. I reviewed it and came to this conclusion... The Acc/Dist indicator is not in any way...an accurate way, to look at things...in the way you were saying. The only reason the Acc/Dist number went way down, was because the stock price went down...on high volume. It in no way shows...that insiders sold shares. I know you are just trying to help us, on our DD...but we do not want to mislead people here. Jon
