Well, Linda, first let me thank you for such a detailed response... I have a similar list of complaint with Waterhouse... but the short version is: they suck.

What kind of Mac are you running? What system version? What browser?
Level II is really the only reason I want to try WebStreet.. if it is buggy and weird on a fast Mac with System 8 or above, I won't even try.... If however, you are using a 603 chip or older, that may explain a lot of the freezes etc..
