Whoa you want to challenge Freddie??? Forte is accurate with his TA ... I grant you now I have been reading the regt that is iisued and it clearly states what he is trying to tell you with out reading hundreds of pages of SEC filings.

Direct from the filings:

The Series A Preferred Stock is convertible, at the option of the holder, into that number of shares of common stock equal to $1,000 divided by the lower of (i) Seventy Percent (70%) of the average Market Price of the Common Stock for the five trading days immediately prior to the Conversion Date or (ii) $1.46, increased proportionally for any reverse stock split and decreased proportionally for any forward stock split or stock dividend. Market Price shall be the closing bid price of the Common Stock on such date, as reported by the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ("NASDAQ"), or the closing bid price in the over-the-counter market, if other than Nasdaq. The Series A Preferred Stock is mandatorily convertible into Common Stock beginning August 14, 1998, provided that the Company is a reporting issuer under the Exchange Act and is then current in its filings.

So before you go using your expertise and your opinion deal with what is going on. We are going to have to do that regardless but do not make like you know something that you don;t ... Forte is respected by me if no one else and I appreciate his time to share his knowledge. I down right refuse to watch a man that knows what he is talking about get doubted by speculation.
