We are not talking about convertible shares right now. We are talking about the Acc/Dist ratio. IMO...Freddie was accidently misleading people. I explained myself in #585. Clearly Freddy does not know what a Acc/Dist ratio is...and was blabbing something about professions selling shares, which absolutely makes no sense. I am not showing any disrespect towards anybody...and am happy that Freddie alerted us to this. I simply don't want people here to be misled. Jon
