Jon you are clueless ... Now i bought this stock based on the news release. I watched the trading all day and BOOM something is wrong. What Forte is telling you in my opinion is accurate an the filings back it up ... I just posted to you the the holders can convert at their leasure. Now regardless of what you say the stock has fell for 30 days in a row. I do not know how much their is but I am working on it. The MMs inventory has to be bought up before this price is going up simple as that. It is also within 30 day of the mandatory date for conversion so they could be shorting aginst the block for all we know. Regardless the MMs have an inventory. I tell what I do know and that is it fell .03 on mostly buying today. GB
