Paul, Actually David, Novell hasn't really followed the techs consistently It often behaves counter to the techs. IT sometimes lately has benefited from a rotation within the techs. It used to move opposite to MSFT. So I'm not sure the whole tech rallying is an explanation. Did you lose a lot of money to today, or What? Why are you so pesty? I never said or implied that NOVL typically or atypically moves with the techs. I just said TODAY the techs moved up and so did NOVL and I could not identify the reason. Is it that hard to understand? Now yes I did believe your previous statement was silly but the above statement is ridiculous.<g> Believe me I have nothing against bears, just bears that don't acknowledge a genuine rally for what it is. They stay in denial until they are broke and blame everybody and everything except themselves. Don't lower yourself to that level. Recently NOVL broke out of 50 and 200DMA and now broke a 2year high. You better get use to the technicals getting better b/c NOVL should be in high teens by the end of the year.:-) Good Luck with your shorts you will need it.<g> DavidG
