Forte is the one that said when the Acc/Dist ratio goes down...it means that company insiders sold shares! That is NOT how the system works. You also say that HVAR has fallen for 30 days in a row! Well...I simply got a chart of HVAR,, and it clearly showed that HVAR was up on severval of the days...in the last 30. <<The MMs inventory has to be bought up before this price is going up simple as that.>> It could easily move up, without the inventory being bought up. But for a major long-term move...you are correct. <<It is also within 30 day of the mandatory date for conversion so they could be shorting aginst the block for all we know.>> This is what I want to figure out. <<Regardless the MMs have an inventory.
