I am trying to prove to you you are wrong. It clearly shows what the TA is saying except for 900K which I guess I will find in the next filing.

You are attacking the wisdom of a TA trader and that is unaceptable to me. He is sharing his knowledge with you and you are squibbling over words. It does not change the fact someone is selling into the market .. PERIOD. It is within the 30 manadtory date etc. etc. etc. So you are not looking good here and if you knew this already then why were you spreading 3.5M as the float all over the threads? Think about what you are doing.

Forte is right and I have just proved his method of TA right. Now you want to fight the filings where you knew what it says then you want to spread a misfact of 3.5M. I tell you personally I think you are wrong.

I like the potential and filings are there and anyone that did not read the filings before they bought should not be shocked by all this.

I like the DD and the news release. It is low enough to get a good accumulation for the future. There are no 144s so there has been no insider trading.

The facts are staring you right in the face .. Argue all you want the TAs (Transfer Agent) numbers are accurate. Forte's TA assessment is accurate now lets move on.
