Jon do you know what arbitrage is. Now I have another stock with Perferred shares and I do not what what is happening to HVAR to happen to it. I want to extend the conversion date . Forte does not care how it is happening or anything else except something is being sold into the market.

Please try to calm down because it does not matter what anyone says the Transfer agent's figures are correct, the filings supprt those figures and Forte TA is the third verification. Now if they are arbitraging then they have the right ot do that.

Relax it is what it is and that site does nothing for me. I following the filings and TA which should and most of the time is its own verification. I do not want to hear a bunch of excuses for what the facts are. Please understand you do the best you can with what you got and the more you learn the less mistake you make.

I hate that it is Ira from FAMH but this was all done prior to him coming on board. At least I hope so but I have the last filing yet to read.

Now quick debating Forte he has proven his technicals and the filings back it up. Even if the Prerred have not converted they could be arbitraging them. Regardless some bought and the price went down .03 on the ask from the opening bell to the closing bell.

Calm down and look at the facts. The rest of the DD is there but the trading is what is messed up.
