Return on Investment (ROI)

We are currently spending some $20 odd million installing R/3 over the next 2 years. Yesterday someone asked me what we should expect the return on investment to be. I said I would expect atleast 12%. What do any of the folks on this thread think?

I know the ROI would vary from one industry to the next (we're in manufacturing), but doesn't 12% sound reasonable or is is way to low?
