Jon regardless what you come back with from anyone ... come August 14 the convertibles shares will be in the float. Might as well get it over with now. I hope the new filing that comes out does not have more stock we do not yet know about. Now as far as the DD lets stick to the facts and not hear say speculation or excuses. I wrote down the number the Transfer agent told me and I verified it with her three times. The restricted number matches the filings so the TA is not wrong. I have yet to have anyone prove a TA wrong since I have been trading. There is not short, no share out, no anything just a MM inventory that has to be bought up. Now quit arguing with Forte because his posts are accurate. GB
