JV

I heard on the investor's guru site that there may be a JV being finalized and a news release is pending, can anyone confirm this, or has anyone talked to Marc lately. I know this would be amazing news but I don't want to get too excited until someone confirms. The person who posted it said it was second hand that he heard about the news, so I don't know how reliable it is but I hope this is the turning point.
