jatin,, JPC = joint Procurement Consortinum (I can't spell worth a crap) consist of Ameritech, Bellsouth, SBC and Pacific bell Westell was in the running but in the end the contract was awarded to Alcatel As for the URL I am sure you can search the archive at xdsl.com can't help you on the other except to say look up westell on sec.gov
