Please ignore the scarlet letters: "trial member". I've been a long time lurker on this thread and want to say thanks to all of you. I've owned a few shares for over a year now (at around $7.50) and this message board has been the only thing allowing me to vaguely follow and understand the bizarre price action of this stock... bottomless convertible debentures indeed. It has been quite an education of sorts. Anyway, this EIFH deal is another one. Thanks again, Ken
