Robert- I am a little confused by your post.. Any payments (before holdback) from BOL in the second quarter should be reported as revenue. I am assuming that the 5 million advance from BOL was in fact booked as a loan - shown as "advances against future sales" in the 10Q. Hence, the holdback (i.e. repayment ) will not impact the income statement, but will be reflected in the cash flow analysis as a "use of cash".

Please let me know if I misread your post.
