Ellen <You never did answer my question about the compensation amount for the PR firm of Porter, LeVat and Rose > (CADE's PR firm) Here is your answer-----email from PLR----------------DD To whom it may concern, We are not at liberty to discuss dollar amount for the contract the fee we have with Cade but we can tell you that it is a monthly fee. No, it is not performance based. We do not receive common stock, preferred stock, warrants, options or restricted shares in lieu of cash. There are no bonuses either.
