OK George: Assume that Jesse is all that you say he is, than how does one get to that point on what he has said to date about NVX. That is the only way i can judge him because that is the one biotech that I know something about.
As i said in my post, yes he is stating what the shorts are saying about NVX. But why bother at this point when it is quite apparent that they are in as lot of trouble and aren't about to disclose their real feelings about their situation.
I am truly of the opinion that the shorts are not one bit happy about the way things are going for them with NVX. I am talking about them as a group. Some will escape perhaps even with a profit but as a group they will suffer enormous losses.
NOw that is a story that would help many better understand the real risks that can be associated with shorting a stock.
Well, just maybe Jesse will come thru and print the other side of the NVX story someday. If he had chose to do that the other day he would have shown that "the street" is out front on the news and he would have provided valuable insite to his readers.
If it makes you feel better i'll accept your view of "the street" and Jesse Eisenger for now, not just because I think you are a reasonable good thinking man but because i don't really like to dislike anybody.

So NVX has approval in the bag and when the little love note from the FDA arrives NVX can get on with and show their stuff. Going to be a lot better times ahead for the NVX stockholder. :-}
