John Jenkins - CEO. Hired in '95 to turnaround the company. Extensive technology background. Holds both Engineering and Law degrees

Ken Owens - VP Business Development (former Director of Systems Integration at Flour Daniel)

Doug Kelsall - CFO (Former CFO & VP of Finance at ESI, Computer Software.

RICK COWLES, leading Y2K utility expert, joined TAVA|R.W. BECK April 29 as Director, Industry Solutions/Sales. Rick is widely regarded as the leading expert on Year 2000 issues within electric utilities. He is the author of Electric Utilities and Y2K and maintains the highly regarded "Electric Utilities and Y2K" companion website: euy2k.com

Cowles had been the Utilities Year 2000 Program Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation prior to joining TAVA|R.W. BECK.

He began his career in the commercial electric utility industry in 1980, performing consultancies at various nuclear power stations, after having served six years on nuclear submarines in the U.S. Navy. In 1983, he joined Public Service Electric & Gas in New Jersey at the Hope Creek Generating Station. Over his 14 year career at PSE&G, Mr. Cowles served in a variety of capacities in the plant operations, engineering, licensing, materials management, and corporate business integration groups.

On May 14, 1998 Rick Cowles spoke in front of the Senate Subcommittee on Science and Technology, addressing problems in the electric utility sector.
