For me it is an indicator of the of the quality of the company. Just as I would include the upkeep and locations of a company's office(s) in my evaluation I also look to their web site of lack thereof. This is particularly true with a company like HNLY that is focused on "new technologies" and has a core holding in the document/information management arena. The amount of information available to investors is an indication of how the company values its shareholders.

Obviously, there is a balance as always. I wouldn't want a company to spend too much time and $$ on building a website that doesn't move the business ahead.

Happy investing!
