The hold on this issue is ( I believe ) 4 months. I am also sure that the people in on the warrents are told a little more than we know. However, the compnay cannot tell them much more than is already known to the public. Based on what you now know, would you buy a 4 month hold warrent for $2.25 ? Although we THINK we know what is to come, it is not official yet.
BTW, the deal is not 2 shares for $2.25, it is one share for $2.25 now, and a warrent to buy another for $2.25 fro up to 1 year. Total of $4.50/2 shares.
This company is going through massive growing pains. The money will be used for supporting the rapidly increasing product sales. They have to put out the money for the ingrediants, but probably won't get paid from the customer for a couple of months after delevery. Money is also needed in other areas as well. Promotion, staffing, production, etc...
What forms did they not file on time? I don't know of any.
As far as the order that wasn't filled. That person, I recall, once posted that Sergio Vitomir told him that Ford was going to use Aquasol Solution to dip car bodies in before painting. That was posted after I posted suggesting that as a possible use for the solution. After further investigation ( at Ford where I know a great many people in Dearborn ) I have found this to be false. It still would be a great use, so possible. So after that, I have disregarded anything that person has posted. Even the no-fill on the order. Everyone else seems to be happy. ( Maybe he ordered only a pint ).
