scratch that $900 per sheet.

as usual, th government has the most complicated possible formula for figuring out the fees.

There is no longer a set fee, and the wording used at the sec web site is confusing at best.

How they charge now is a mystery to me.

Is it $295 per million? is it 1/50th of 1% of the total filed?

at first glance the 10 k and 10 q look free, but after re-reading, it is just more confusing.

here is a link to the site. everything has changed in fee structure since I last looked. I believe it now makes all filings unique, and each fee is tabulated as it is filed.

GOVERNMENT!

sec.gov

I guarantee, none of it works out to be free. That truly would be a first in history if it did.
