I talked to Merrill Lynch yesterday and a few others. It seems the TA has to send the certificates to the DTC who in turn sends them to the broker houses. Since the new and old TA are in the process of a record transfer that has the scenario sort of gummed up a bit. I am trying to reach Caroline this morning. Will advise as soon as I do., Think officers and all have nothing to do with it since the filing with the SEC states who the officers are. GB
