Forest, could you clear up something for me?

When ICVI acquired MTEI in the reverse, the press release stated that ICVI paid 50MM restricted shares for the company:

biz.yahoo.com

I believe ICVI had about 18 MM shares at the time. So it would seem that the 50 MM shares were added to the count, and MTEI took over everything, while ICVI management and stockholders got a good piece of the new company. Fine.

Yet we are told that 50MM restricted shares (the same number as above) were paid for properties acquired by MTEI.

So one of two things seemed to happen:

1) MTEI issued 50MM more shares, giving it a total of 118MM shares (seems a lot to me); or

2) MTEI flipped the already mentioned 50MM shares over to the landowners, making them the true owners of this company. This would also make it appear that MTEI management owns no shares in this company (perhaps they have stock options?)

Which is true? Are there 68 MM shares out or 118 MM?

I'm sure this was asked about during the recent meeting with shareholders....could you give me a breakdown of which shareholders own what percentage of the company?
