The new line of products based on the MIR technology is in the final external test level,including prototypes going on active testing with a transportation compagny for liquids. Titan Pacific is the manufacturer and they have an agreement with Nusco Manafacturing &Supply for the distribution of their products. also in discussion with a major distributor for the USA. They have already passed successfully the Canadian Standards Associations(CSA)test,and received a positive report from Rocky Mountain Oilfield testing center which is operated by Fluor Daniel for the U.S Departement Of Energy. They are selling some assets($441.000)as their most recent private placement only gathered $530.000 short of the $800.000 they were expecting in order to focus seriously on their new line of products. This cash sequeeze could open the door to a joint venture or a takeover by Circa.
