With regards to forms not filed, I was referring to a comment that Al made as providing a reason as to why the Special Warrant financing was not sold out. Al had said that it could have been sold out but forms where not filed on time.

I couldn't stay in hiding any longer, and besides it is nice to post without David in Ontario naively spurting off at the fingers.
